Bridgeport sports bars
The White Sox season is over. The team’s own neighborhood list still names the Bridgeport rooms it treats as pregame and watch spots, and Axios reported watch parties at several of them before the Oct. 8, 2026 playoff game.
Two White Sox pages disagree on Cork & Kerry’s street number. Both numbers are shown below. No drink price was copied.

The White Sox list it as a headquarters bar. The pub’s site calls it a Sox bar, with a batter’s box painted outside and smoked meats.
The site says it opens every day at 11 a.m. and the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. It names 16 taps, including Guinness, Lagunitas, Revolution, and SweetWater.

Posted hours are Monday–Thursday 4–11 p.m., Friday 3 p.m.–midnight, Saturday 11 a.m.–midnight, and Sunday 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Axios reported on Oct. 6, 2026, that Redwood was hosting a Sox playoff watch party.
Getting there by CTA
CTA’s sports page still says Guaranteed Rate Field. The ballpark is one block west of the Red Line Sox-35th stop, and three blocks west of the Green Line 35th-Bronzeville-IIT stop.
Buses on that page include the #35 35th, which connects with the Orange and Green lines. Metra’s Rock Island District stops at 35th Street, and the walk to the park is west on 35th.
Parking
The parking file says there is no White Sox game because the season is over. The lot prices on that page, $25 prepaid and $27 day-of, came from search summaries. The file says to re-check them before the 2027 season.
